Terms of Use

Sevenra · Last updated 14 September 2026

The short version: Sevenra is a running training app with no account and no developer backend. Most of it is free forever. Sevenra Training is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, which you can cancel at any time in your App Store settings. Sevenra gives training guidance, not medical advice.

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Sevenra iOS app ("Sevenra", "the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your copy of the app. Where these Terms and that agreement differ, the term that gives you more protection applies.

Your licence

Sevenra grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, rent, or sublicense the app, and you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction.

No account

Sevenra requires no account, sign-up, or login, and operates no developer backend. Your training data stays on your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

What is free

The following remain free, permanently, with no subscription:

Safety guidance is never placed behind a subscription.

Sevenra Training subscription

Sevenra Training unlocks progressive-build coaching: goal race plans and Build My Base beyond the free coached weeks, including prescription detail, coaching, plan edits, Apple Watch delivery, weekly planning reviews, and race-week coaching.

The free coached weeks

Every race plan and Build My Base program includes its first three coached weeks in full, free, with no payment details and no payment sheet. If you start a plan mid-week, that first partial week is one of the three rather than an extra week ahead of them. A week you have declared as time away is not a coached week and does not use one up.

This is not a trial: nothing counts down, nothing starts billing on its own, and there is nothing to cancel. After the three weeks, your plan's schedule outline stays visible and the free features above keep working; workout detail, coaching, edits, and Apple Watch delivery need the subscription. The free weeks are counted per plan.

Training guidance, not medical advice

Sevenra provides training guidance for healthy adults. It is not a medical device, and nothing it shows — including recovery scores, readiness, heart-rate figures, sleep summaries, or a recommendation to run, ease, or rest — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using the app responsibly

Use Sevenra only for your own training, and only in ways that are lawful. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's operation or with the Apple services it depends on.

Availability and changes

Sevenra depends on Apple platform features — including Apple Health, WorkoutKit, WeatherKit, Apple Maps, on-device intelligence, and the App Store — and on the data your other apps and devices record. Those can change or become unavailable, and features that rely on them may change with them. Sevenra may add, change, or remove features in future versions.

The app is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those your local law gives you and cannot exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated and the revised version is posted here. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
